So, how long do dry cleaners take? Generally speaking, the dry-cleaning time ranges anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. How often to dry clean suits really depends on how often you wear them. On average, we’d expect someone to bring in their suits for dry-cleaning at least once every two months; however, some people will require suit dry-cleaning every two to three weeks.

So, can dry-cleaning remove stains? Unfortunately, dry-cleaning stain removal isn’t always guaranteed, but we will always do our utmost to rid your garment of any stains via the dry-cleaning process. If dry-cleaning did not remove the stain, a homemade solution of equal parts vinegar and clear dish soap may do the trick.

Separating your clothes would be helpful if you would like more than one service. For instance, if one load of clothes only requires pressing and another load needs a full service wash, separating the two loads would be the best way to avoid miscommunication.

Upon placing your order, we provide the option for cleaning notes and delivery notes; however, for your peace of mind, you can always contact us via your account, send an email, or give us a call to make sure the message has been clearly received.

We always follow the care label on the garment. If the garment has no care label we will use our experience and knowledge to decide the best cleaning method. Items without care labels will need risk approval.

Yes, there is a minimum order charge, which is £20.
